It is no longer just about what an individual or company knows in Higher Education; it’s what is being shared that is the new organizational currency. It must be one of the key performance indicators of a learning organization's value. Are you knowledge sharing, or knowledge hoarding? Why does it matter?
Discover the significance of the SOCIAL mnemonic: Sharing knowledge within the Organization helps to build robust Communities that provide Insight – Amplifying the value of assets and accelerating Learning.
Social Knowledge will give you two kinds of insights: knowledge of your community and knowledge about your community. The first is important because it will help you find and develop expertise. The second is important because it will help you wield influence. Effective Higher Education leaders need both.
The session will include a short case study from Pfeiffer University where we created a Digital Transformation Center (Experiential Learning Accelerator/Incubator) for students.
