- Congressional A+B
Too often in our organizations we promote people based on their abilities as technical people. As they move up through the ranks, we expect them to develop leadership and management skills through osmosis. Scott will present strategies that you can begin to use on your campus to intentionally develop leadership skills with your staff. We will discuss how to develop future leaders and by doing that empower your staff.
This session is presented by CCUMC.
