UBTech Luncheon Workshops – New for 2018!

Get in-depth information on the new solution you want to learn more about, ask questions and take it for a test-drive. UBTech’s new hands-on workshop sessions are open to all attendees and take place on Monday, June 4th, from 12:00 - 2:00 pm, between the morning’s pre-conference summits and the welcome keynote by Gary Kaye. These workshops are a great way to start your UBTech 2018 experience – and lunch is included! Grab your lunch and gather for an informal, hands-on information session with experts in creating solutions for higher ed.

Does your school have a cohesive plan for student engagement?

With the dramatic proliferation of learning applications across higher ed, many colleges find that these applications are being used without a cohesive plan for ensuring that they contribute to successful student outcomes. Attend this workshop for a hands-on experience with YouBthere, a fully integrated digital student engagement solution that brings instructors and students together with one simple easy-to-use software application for all learning environments.

Come see why this must-have engagement solution is changing the way schools embrace their digital learning needs for today's and future higher-ed students.

Linking Blockchain and Education using BlockCerts

With blockchain technology on the rise, Coding Dojo has been intent on using technology to provide our students with a new type of credential, a digital certificate using the Bitcoin blockchain.

Join us as we show you the benefits of providing digital certificates for your students, the BlockCert platform, and a live demonstration of the issuing a digital BlockCert into the Bitcoin Blockchain. We will give you a brief overview of the technology stack, share some history about blockchain, and discuss new use cases for digital certificates.

All participants will be issued a certificate during the workshop that is verifiable on the Bitcoin blockchain, and will be amongst the first who will be invited to our future workshop starting in the fall, where we will work with your team to develop your own BlockCert for your organization.

Francis Kevers, VP of Sales, Coding Dojo
Daniel Oostra, Director of Onsite Operations, Coding Dojo
