Registration opens in January 2015
This session will focus on the future of the college bookstore and its role in branding, marketing and content delivery. The presenter will introduce four different scenarios about the future and facilitate a discussion about the role of the bookstore and the future of content within the various scenarios.
The attendees will have an opportunity to discuss the implications for how marketing, content, branding and the campus retail infrastructure can and could play a role under different set of social, technological, economic and political circumstances.
The facilitator, a recognized expert in scenario planning, will guide attendees through the process, leading to a set of recommendations and contingencies that they can use to engage their campus retail organization in new levels of strategic dialog.
